IPH stands behind the quality of every product we manufacture. Requests to return merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be authorized in advance. Refunds will not be issued until the merchandise has been returned. Upon receipt of an authorized return, we will either refund the price of the product purchased or send a replacement, depending on your individual situation. IPH does not refund shipping charges except is certain situations: e.g. we do not refund shipping charges to customers who change their mind about an order after it has shipped.
