We generally use UPS, and USPS to send out orders.
Note if you are local see if arrangement can be made for pick-up or delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on personalized items. If it is the wrong size we suggest you try to find someone else that could wear your purchase and then reorder the size you need. If it is an item we carry in stock all the time it can be exchanged for another size.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We have a policy for returning return/exchanged items stating once a special order has been started we cannot cancel it. Special orders are not refundable and needs to be paid for at time of order.
We can exchange or refund items that we carry in stock all the time.
