Order are shipped once weekly. You will get a notification once your order has shipped. Most orders shipped to addresses within ND arrive in 1-2 business days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it. If your item arrived damaged, please photograph the damage and contact me.
Shipping costs both ways will be not refunded.
I will work with individual clients as needed to make situations right. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds in most cases.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return it to me (at your expense) and I will refund you the amount, minus the original shipping.
Cancellation of custom orders prior to final design approval will result in a maximum refund of 75% of the value of your order.
