Shipping Policy
I ship either USPS Priority Mail or USPS First class mail within the US. I always get tracking numbers (except international orders.) (I also have a overnight option available.) It usually takes 2-5 business days after I have shipped for your item to arrive (prior to the current health crisis).
I am NOT responsible for delays once the USPS accepts your package. Please purchase the Route shipping insurance to cover the cost of all lost, stolen, or broken items. Once you purchase the added insurance, you will receive a confirmation email from Route that your purchase is protected and gives you a link to file a claim should that be necessary.
If for whatever reason the order does not reach you, the product gets damaged before arriving, or gets stolen from your porch, you can claim a refund from Route.
If you need an item before 2-3 weeks, please contact me to discuss other shipping options PRIOR to ordering. I have a rush option you can add to your cart. (THIS ONLY RUSHES PROCESSING TIME, NOT SHIPPING.)

I take great care with each item to ensure accuracy, however, if a mistake has been made on my part please contact me immediately so I can work with you to correct the issue.
Any item that has had a mistake made on my part MUST be returned to me within 3 DAYS, in its original condition and not used. I also must be contacted within 24 hours upon receipt that there is an issue.

Most items take 2-3 weeks to make as they are handcrafted. Refunds are not given for failure to plan accordingly. I have a rush charge available if you need your item before the 2-3 week turnaround.
Once payment is made, no cancellations are allowed.
