Description
St. John Paul II Rosary
“Be not afraid. Open wide the doors to Christ.”
The St. John Paul II Rosary honors one of the defining saints of the modern Church—a pope whose extraordinary life carried him from occupied Poland, through the priesthood and episcopacy, to nearly three decades as successor of St. Peter.
This design draws intentionally from John Paul II’s Polish roots and his papacy. Medium brown stained wood Hail Mary beads give the rosary a warm, traditional character, while white Howlite gemstone Our Father beads stand in striking contrast against deep blue paracord. The blue and white palette recalls both his profound Marian devotion and the colors so closely associated with his pontificate.
At the center is the Miraculous Medal, particularly fitting for a man whose entire life was entrusted to the Blessed Virgin Mary. His papal motto, “Totus Tuus”—“Totally Yours”—expressed his complete consecration to Mary and, through her, to Jesus Christ.
The Papal Crucifix gives the rosary an unmistakable connection to John Paul II’s vocation as successor of St. Peter. An attachable St. John Paul II medal completes the design, making the rosary a tangible reminder to seek his intercession.
John Paul II traveled farther than any pope before him, confronted communism, proclaimed the dignity of the human person, defended the family and the sanctity of life, and called an entire generation of Catholics to reject fear and follow Christ.
This rosary is made in that same spirit: sturdy enough to be carried, worn, prayed, and taken into the world.
St. John Paul II, pray for us.
