Shipping Policy

All orders are handcrafted, packed, and shipped with care from our North Dakota farm. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping is available within the United States through USPS or UPS, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Refund Policy

Because our skincare products are made by hand and used for personal care, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so I can make it right.
