Description

Our mustard is made with a little extra flavor bite than your usual mustard. It will make you want more but won’t leave you running for that glass of milk!

In 2019, we won Best Mustard at the World Hot Sauce Awards in Louisiana. We had stiff competition from other companies around the world AND even a celebrity chef. We were proud to bring this title home to North Dakota.

Made with local ingredients and in small batches, we take pride in the quality and consistency in our products.

Ingredients: Distilled vinegar, water, mustard seed, sugar,  honey, jalapenos, salt, turmeric, spices and natural flavor, modified corn starch.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Arnold's Misfit Acres BBQ. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Arnold's Misfit Acres BBQ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Arnold's Misfit Acres BBQ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Arnold's Misfit Acres BBQ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  However, we will make every effort to make our valued customers happy. If you received your order damaged, please contact Arnold's Misfit Acres BBQ for customer service at arnoldsmisfitacresllc@gmail.com

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns Policy We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are unhappy with your product, we encourage you to contact us and allow us the opportunity to provide you with the service we strive for. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns due to health and safety concerns. If your item arrives damaged, in unsatisfactory condition or you are unhappy, please contact us at arnoldsmisfitacresllc@gmail.com.  We would be glad to replace the damaged item or offer you a refund.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Arnolds Misfit Acres BBQ does not accept returns. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at arnoldsmisfitacresllc@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist you. Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, we request that you do so within 24 hours of placing your order so we may avoid any shipping and handling charges. If you do not notify us within 24 hours and your order has shipped, we will not provide a refund.
