Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Return Policy

All artworks and prints are handled with great care to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Because each piece is unique and often made to order, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at contact@fabiomarinho.com with photos and a brief description of the problem.
I will review the situation personally and work with you to find the best possible solution.

For commissioned works, a non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the final artwork.
